We have created a Maryland delicacy with little Mediterranean touch!
1 LB Quality Catch Super Lump Crab Meat
1/2 Cup Couscous (or breadcrumbs)
1 Beaten Egg
2 tbs Mayonnaise
1 tbs Mustard
1 tsp Harissa or Hot Sauce
1 tsp Balsamic Vinaigrette (or Worcestershire
1 1/2 tbs Chopped Parsley
1 1/2 tbs Minced Onion
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Mediterranean Seasoning (basil and thyme)
Combines all ingredients except for crab meat and couscous, mix thoroughly. Add crab meat to mixture. Fold couscous in gently. Form into desired patty size. Bake in oven at 425 F for 12 minutes.
